new graduated .....help me ??????

hi all... this is my first thread and im very happy ... i was graduated before 8 months as a RN and still not work here in jordan ...i dont have experience because im new graduated ..... please help me how can i start .. and can i work in the usa without experience ??????? and thanx to alllll.

The issues you have are retrogression and currently looking at a few years before, if lucky, moving to the US and work that is as long as you have met all board of nursing requirements as well as immigration and there are visas. Also employers can employ someone with no experience you would have better chance gaining some, add into the factor of a few years an employer will definitely want to see some experience. You may want to consider looking at another country to gain experience but bear in mind the process will take a while as you go through that country's requirements

retrogression is not yet over, expereinced is not issue here for USA as long as you passed the requirments but due to retrogression it takes years for you to have your greencard.

To sum things up, it is going to be a few years before you can get a chance at a green card that is needed for you to work in the US. As others here have mentioned, you may wish to get some experience in another country first.
