Your question is not entirely clear. Are you saying you worked as a supervisor in a nursing home but have been hired to a hospital job? If you have your choice, I would pick the new grad program. You'll learn a lot before you have to be accountable and your transition to your new job should be a bit smoother.
Sorry My question was working after 6 months as a nursing supervisor, If I apply in hospital in floor do I have to apply as new grad or experience nurse

Does the hospital have separate job listings for new grad positions vs experienced nurse positions? I think in your shoes I would pick the new grad option if there is one. I would think expectations would be lower to start and you would receive more orientation and support. But the best person to answer that would be the nurse recruiter at that hospital.

You need to ask the facility to which you are applying.
If given a choice, of course a longer orientation is ideal!
Thank you
