Will probably ask about current issues and what you hope to gain.

Good luck to you. Welcome to Allnurses!

Welcome!

You will definately be asked the Treaty of Waitangi question. The concepts eg 'participation', 'partnership' and I think 'protection'. There's ususlly the Code of Conduct questions, the workplace health and safety (including infection control). I remember as a new grad, I was asked the maleficence, beneficence question (refer to the NZNC booklet). Knowledge of these things are good but it would be better if you can tell the interviewers about your experience where you had the opportunity to consolidate what you have learnt.

Lots of blessings for your interview

Hi, Thanks so much. All help is needed at this time. I have applied at Waikato Hospital in Hamilton. Their interview takes a whole day as they have group scenarios. Like one on cardiac arrest, mental health scenario, present one exempler from your practice and the fourth is interview. Really really nervous!!!
