New Computer- lost info, please help!

Last year there was a wonderful post on prepping for NCLEX that referenced a study guide. In my often flawed memory I'm thinking it was about 35 pages long, but could be waaay off base! I downloaded it for future reference. the future is NOW! I'm entering my last semester-hooray! But my hard drive AND the cloud have colluded to make my life challenging. Anyone know what I'm talking about and can point me in the right direction? I'd really appreciate it, it was very down-to-earth, and really want it in my toolbox. Thank you to the lovely person who can help!
