Nervous

I have a test Tuesday on Elimination, Oxygenation, and lots of lab values. The problem is that I've been sick in the bed for the past 4 days and haven't been able to study like I need to. I guess I just feel TOTALLY unprepared for this test. Any advice would be appreciated:)

Some people don't test well when they are overly stressed, so do YAWN now and then, both when studying, and during the test, if you find yourself overly nervous. Yawning can release relaxing hormones out into your bloodstream. Has to be a REAL yawn, though, so fake it til you make it into a real, full blown yawn during the test.

but, nothing helps as much as actually studying. Now, get offline and go hit the books!;) good luck!! you can do it!!

well? how'd it go? did you pass? Hope you did well!!!

Good for you!!! Great! Now, store this experience away, in your little chest of memories, that you can use, for next time you are nervous. "I was nervous that other time, but-- i did pass the test." kinda thing. Might help build up your inner confidence that you CAN do it!!
