pull your hair back off your face and wear minimal makeup, dress professional..no dangling bracelits and earrings, then smile alot, take deep breath before you speak to calm yourself, sit up straight, hold your head high, speak confidently.

Try to prepare for the questions, think about what to say when asked, "why do you want to work here?" or "what are your strengths and weaknesses?" I always feel more confident when I'm prepared.
