needing assistance

Hello all,

This is my first post and i have a ton of questions. I am all set to go to the US but need a sponsor. I have contacted so many hospitals and as soon as you say the works 'need sponsorship' nobody is interested.

1.Does anyone know of hospitals in hawaii and california that are sponsoring green cards?

2.Can anyone recommend a nursing agency that sponsors?

3. If i am sponsored and apply for an EAD to work whilst the greencard is pending.....can my partner also apply for a work pernit to work?

4. Is there a non-immigration visa that can be applied for that applies to nurses?

I hope someone can help as I am getting very frustrated!!

Retrogression is affecting many hospitals at the moment regarding petitions and are delaying taking foreign nurses on until it is sorted. Use the word Petition instead of Sponsorship. For hospitals you have to contact them in the areas you want to live. Currently no visas so if you have a petition you will have to stay in Australia until processed unless you go the I think it is the E3 which is different to EB3 and can still be long winded and plenty of hoops to complete. Partners are not generally accepted by USA especially if looking at GC but if married and applying for GC they will get GC if paperwork is included for them ie when NVC requested DS230 their information is included with yours.
