Hi, I'm a foreign graduate nurse from the Philippines. I recently passed my local board exam, and now I'm starting to review for the NCLEX. I've been surfing the net for tips. What are your recommended materials? I only have Saunders Comprehensive Review book. Is that enough?
Would you advice to me self-study or attend a review center like Kaplan?
Thanks so much!

There is no need for a self review, many pass just using one book. Saunder's is a great book.

Stay away from the review centers in your country.
The one book that you have is all that you need, provided that it is the 4th edition, and not the 3rd.
Thanks for replying. I think I have the 3rd edition. Will I have difficulty with that?
There is a 4th edition which is more up to date and includes the new format in it's questions SATA Select All That Apply
