Hi everyone I am new to the forum and I need some help, I am taking my last prereq for the nursing program (BIO 224), my dilemma is that if I don't get atleast a 90% on the next two test I will have to retake the class... I really dont want to because that will mean I will have to wait another semester to even apply for the nursing program and then i still wont be guaranteed to get in. i am getting really frustrated because there are so many obstacles in my way...someone please give me advice on what to do about this class! thanks.

hi. Im still a pre-nursing student, so all i can giev u is my opinion. (u cant even really call it a advise) .but, i would just study my BUTTTTTTTTT off to get above 90% on the next 2 tests. If that doesnt work, i would still apply for the upcoming year, but also enroll to retake the bio class for the next quarter/ semester. ( u still have summer quarter ) hmm hope that helps u a little. GOOOD LUCK!

Can you speak with your teacher? Sometimes you can persuade them to offer the class an extra credit assignment, especially if there are many students in the same boat as you.

Go to tutoring, ask for extra credit, study more than you are already......
Are you saying you have to make at least 90% on the next two exams to pass the class? How many exams are there?
Anyway, you can do it, if you set your mind to it. :balloons: Read & take notes from the book, study notes taken from the instructor, listen to lectures taped, make flash cards, read notes over and over and over....whatever it takes!
A&P is a hard class, but it can be done.
Good luck!!! :balloons:
