Hopefully I am posting this in the best place...
I desperately need resume help-I feel like mine is just full of stuff that they wont care about. I do not have experience in the hospital so I am attempting to highlight my academic accomplishments, but I'm not sure if it just looks like fluff.
If you have time please review it and leave comments.
THANKS!
Here is a download link to my resume:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RFC8RR8T
When you follow the link, you'll have to enter in the code on the top, then wait 45 seconds & the button will say free download, click it and it should open.
if it would be easier for me to send it to you in a private message or email I can do so.

Whats the code?
the code is given to you, it is next to the input box. it will be 3 letters, just type those in and it should take you to the next screen.

txstunurse, I think you would benefit from paring it down. My advice under work history would be just 3 bullets for each job that highlights your accomplishments, rather than just describe the duties, formatting, get rid of "dealing with complaints" etc. kepp and highlight your computer skills,it's buried in there.
I would also get rid of all the course work and future course work.Keep skills to the technical: CPR, IV ...Ithink the highlight of the honor society, GPA , that looks very good. Think more in terms of managed ,led, delivered, oversaw etc.
Less is more (sorry my font is stuck on bold!!) Really focus on the cover letter since you don't have the experience this is here you can sell yourself. I found a great website totalresume.com it's great, will go step by step and walk you thru, Good Luck!!
Thanks so much! I figured I needed to take things out I was just having trouble know what and where to pull things out and what to focus on.
Thanks again! Happy Holidays!
