Need a PICO question

Hi All,

I need to pick a topic and PICO question by this Monday (for next semester) and am having a hard time on a good topic that can be relatable to nursing and leadership.

My areas of interest are neonatal care and pediatrics. We need to write a literature review on at list 7 research articles related to my chosen PICO question.

    Hi All,

    (choosing a: Population/Intervention/Control/Outcome) and am having a hard time on a good topic that can be relatable to nursing and leadership.

    I need to choose a problem that can be helped by nursing care (including education) that has recent studies out with an intervention and outcomes to formulate a literature review on at least 7 different professional articles/studies.

    My areas of interest are neonatal care, pediatrics, and women's health.

    Well, did you search the recent literature in those fields? People can certainly help you formulate your question into PICO format but you have to do your own research and choose your own research topic.
