anyways..i am thinking to try either texas and florida...do someone know whats the process for me to better understand whats happening ??/ i will greatly appreciate it

Kabayan, it makes zero sense to look into another state to avoid getting your courses evaluated, to take any required English exams, etc, if you plan to stay and work in Louisiana.

Even if you get your RN license in CA, FL, NY, TX or from the Moon or Mars, as you will ALWAYS need to have to meet your desired state's requirements, despite having been a US RN for decades, it will ALWAYS come down to having your original college transcripts evaluated. There's no "back door" to trying to endorse over another "easy" state's license. You'll only wasting more time and more possible non-refundable fees.

So many PH grads and nurses go to Hawaii, NV, TX or FL, etc, then try to endorse into their first real desired state, only to find they are stuck in the "easiest, fastest and cheapest" state where they got their RN license. What they have all found out is that the easier, faster and cheaper states turned out to be complete opposites and then, they start to complain and gripe about this and that of the endorsement process.

With regards to the concurrency issue, yes, Louisiana is a known state that has the concurrency regulations, but it's another matter of whether they are enforcing it by the time you submit your application. You may be the first that's asked for this particular state and can only suggest that you submit your completed documentation as required by their requirements. If they are enforcing the concurrency, then I would ask them of other possible options to obtain the RN license. If like in CA, you can take the LVN exam, then try to enroll in a LVN-RN bridge program. Or maybe in your state, you can simply take the deficient courses.

Google your state's BON and I'm sure it will be listed and simply download the section that has mentions for "International applicants", I think you'll find all your answers there. Good luck.

thank you for your reply...i am just confuse where to get license. FloridA OR TEXAS SEEMS A GOOD OPTIONS " THINKING" Is there anyone who already undergo getting there florida or texas nurse license???

Again, which of the two states do you intend to look, work and practice, once you pass the NCLEX-RN? Whatever that one state is where you should concentrate your efforts into and stay there.

"State jumping" doesn't solve anything, other than adds to more frustrations and disappointments and becomes very costly.

Each state has its own licensing requirements, so again, getting a licnse in say, WA or NV does not give you permission to start looking or applying for a job in TX or FL. Unless, you get a license in a compact state, but you must be a permanent resident in that first state, but let's not go there until you know where you plan to say, raise your family from baby to at least the first 5-8 years.
