Need an IHP or IHP template for Multiple Sclerosis

If you have one PLEASE reply with the info. I hate to create one from scratch because we all know that is very time consuming. Thank you in advance!

    So sorry to hear of another MS case. As symptoms in each individual case can vary so much, I am not sure an IHP template would even be useful.

    Thankyou so much. I had already printed this out because it was almost the only resource I found online. Lets me know I was searching in the right direction. I think I will share this with each teacher and work on creating an IHP from scratch. It broke my heart when I found out the student was diagnosed with MS.
