Need help with transfer schools!

Im in my last semester of Pre reqs and getting ready to apply im only 18 and when taking some pre reqs i wasnt really in the state of mind i am in now i ended up not getting such a high grade in anatomy i got a C :crying2: and in physiology i got a B and in Micro i am getting a B theres a chance i can get an A but dont know yet. i was cleared by my counselor for chem so i never took that. so i will be applying with probably a 2.7 gpa. long story short does anyone know any schools that i culd possibly get accepted to with this kind if gps? preferably in California but i wuldnt mind if it was another state. i only want to do an ADN program not BSN any help is much appreciated! i am currently working as a CNA for a very reputable hospital idk if that will help my chances of getting in i also have close to 200 hours of volunteering at the same hospital i am currently employed at. Thank youu for the helpp in advancee!:)
