Looking for some help with a teaching diagnosis for a patient who is diabetic with cardiac issues.

It's very patient specific. Their medical diagnoses gives you a starting point, but you have to look at the whole picture. For some patients, their teaching needs may have little to do with their medical problems. What are your ideas so far? Happy to give feedback.
