Do you have any healthcare experience? Getting my CNA was a great way to get some experience and pick the brains of actual nurses to learn more about the field.

The sciences are the foundation of nursing education. If you cant fully understand A&P and micro, you will likely not do well in a nursing program. Sometimes dreams just dont come true. I can dream of being a singer, but my voice is crap so it's never going to happen.
I am not saying you cannot be an RN, rather to really look at yourself and see if you are capable of being one. Not just because it's your dream, but because you actually can. If you feel you are, then keep going, do your best, and good luck in your future program.

Have you gotten tutoring? Gone to the instructor for help? Joined a study group? There resources available to help you with these classes. If it's too much, however, there's no shame in changing your major. Whatever you decide, best wishes!

You say these sciences are killing me. Are you understand the importance of these classes? Really. Do you you understand why you are taking these? This is the foundation of nursing. You can't understand what is happening when something goes awry with the body of you don't understand how it is to function normally.
Are you putting the time and effort into these classes? Seriously. Ask yourself this question. If you can't put the time in the prereqs, you won't be able to do it in the program.
Being a nurse is serious business. It's an extremely important job where only the best of the best make it. That's the way it should be. I don't want somebody who puts half the effort in taking care of my family member.
Its biology. Either buckle down, focus, and learn it or find a different major. If this is truly your "dream", you will take the time to achieve it. Otherwise it's what they call a pipe dream. My pipe dream is to be a great singer and dancer. Unfortunately, I suck at both. I'm tone deaf and have no rhythm.
But don't tell my boyfriend I said I have no rhythm. I'm still trying to convince him I do. I promise, I'm the best car dancer out there!!!
