Need Help!!!!

Big favor to ask for anyone who replies. I'm a RN student and I'm looking for a job at our local hospital. I got a call not long ago and they wanted me to do a preliminary screening first over the phone. I did this and she asked why do I want to work there, what is your idea of excellent customer service. Well needless to say I did not get the job. Today I got another call for a similar position and I now have another screening this coming Monday. I really, really want this job. They must like my resume b/c they called me twice. So my question to all u lovely fantastic folks one Allnurses...what do I say to guarantee a job with this hospitAl????? Advice please!!!!!:yeah:

    A huge thing for me is that I don't want to work somewhere that I wouldn't want my parent or child.

    That was how I got through clinicals successfully. Every patient was treated like it was MY loved one. They are someones...so it's important to treat them that way.

    Yes exactly. It helps me to think that these people are someone's loved ones. I don't want my loved ones to be treated unfairly so I would not do it to anyone else.:)
