i need help.

hi, im from the PI. right now im staying with my aunt here in honolulu, hawaii.

i would like to know what will be my first step if i would like to be an RN here?

i had my bachelors degree in the philippines and i only have a tourist visa.

i will be going back to the philippines by aug. 20, so i need your help asap.

There is no quick way to do it, you have no choice but to return back to PI and complete things there. Average processing time before you can sit NCLEX is 4-6 months and then you need to find a employer and with retrogression you can not AOS and looking at several years wait. You can start the ball rolling by applying to the state nursing board and meet their requirements for foreign trained nurse. Links to nursing boards can be found at the bottom of the page

do i need to take CGFNS before NCLEX?

Only if the state requires it and only approx 4 states now require it, most just require CGFNS CES report. You need to check the BON website
