May 14, 2009 Just go to the CGFNS website and download forms for CVS and read the handbook. All relevant information is there. CGFNS with CVS have to do all the work which means they are the ones that chase up your transcripts and any other relevant information. Once they have received everything they forward your file to NY who will then make their own assessment (don't forget you still have to submit a application form to NY BON) The time frame for CGFNS is 6 months so if anything is missed tough as your file is forwarded to NY. Takes on average 6-12 months to get eligibility from NY BONYou need to learn not to be lazy and do some work yourself.
