Welcome to the site

Have moved your post to the International forum.

You are not applying for NCLEX Illinois but applying to be a RN in the US of which NCLEX is part of that process. Much has been written so I suggest a good read in this forum especially the sticky called Primer to working in the USA and also suggest reading up on immigration issue and retrogression as you will be affected. Because you have taken local boards you need to declare it so BON may wait until you can provide them with license information, again things have been written about it on here and the Philippine forum so try using the search facility to look for it
