i passed on my fifth try. i did a lot different this time. i purchase a review the NBCSN review and used their websites. i did the test first then if i got less than 70 i reviewed the content. im my opinion that helped me see more how to choose a answer. i read always the rationales no matter if i got them right. always read them. i did flashcards on questions like the info i would get wrong and wrote down also every meds to and i would read them everyday after i was done with my studying. sometimes twice a day. but it got to a point where i did so many that i would read half each day. i also did like minimum 100 questions each day. i research on youtube to watch videos to refresh on diseases. lil by lil increase the number of questions you do. on the last week before the test i always did 200-250 questions and read my cards and that review going on around here.

what i recommend is do your test on study mode and dont keep tract of your score because that usually brought me down. i just kept studying period. research online and theirs tons of websites with questions out there i found a few and in my opinion their good.

just review weakest and do questions read rationales everyday.

i passed on my fifth twy after 2/12 years later from graduating school. you can do it, i know the feeling sucks and its ok to feel horrible depress cry but never ever give up i never did cause i know this is what i want to do and i finally gona get there, you can too

Hey guys I'm taking my test in the April 17 this is going to be gym 4th and hope fully last try I took Kaplan I did question trainer 1-5 I scored 55 to 59% and I did some 3500 and ncsbn my score is around 55% and Saunders too . And I'm also going to do one o one private tutor with Kaplan to understand the strategies cuz I can't afforded to fail this test so what you guys think plz advise me ASAP .

At this point just keep practicing questions. You have almost a week from tomorrow for this exam. Do more Kaplan qbank questions and read the rationales. I would say do mostly nclex3500, it's similar to the NCLEX. Go over the exam cram sheet the day before the exam to recap important facts...

You either know it or you don't. Go into the test with confidence and say to yourself, "I know this".

You got this!Good luck!:woot:

I tried NCSBN and Its great.Questions were very similar to the real Nclex..and its affordable too.but make sure you finish the whole thing not just few questions.Good luck and you can do it.Just relax and do as many questions as you can.PDA is a must.Kaplan is good too but I preferred NCSBN over kaplan..Its your choice. You'll have to see what works for you:)

You'll be fine, Kaplan wants you to aim for 60% and the Kaplan instructor said that anything above a 50% is a good indicator.

I took the NCLEX RN for the 1st time last month and passed w/ 75 questions. I spent almost 3 months studying and I didn't get any math calculations, no delegation, I got tons of priority, lots of questions re Meds ( I didn't study any pharm at all) and about 5 EKG strips. I studied EKG strips a week before my exam, because many people on this site had mentioned that they had gotten 2 or 3 EKG questions. I wasn't tested on anything that I studied for, other than the EKGS, and I passed. I think you'll do fine.
