i'm a chinese citizen in the philippines although i was born here but i followed my dad's citizenship so i'm not taking the NLE anymore since i don't have plan to work here and i heard i can take it and get my scores but i wouldn't even be a RN here so i don't wanna go through that hassle anymore. i'm planning to take my nclex but i can't just decide which state to choose. can anyone help me? which state is the fastest with the least requirements? i don't have a license here in the phil neither do i have experience, no SSN, no CGFNS but i passed my IELTS though.

Slow down and take a deep breath. You never pick a state because it is the fastest, but decide first where you wish to work.
And if you have not heard, there is a retrogression that will be starting in the next few weeks, and you will be included with it. As well as thousands of other nurses............from China, Philippines, India, Mexico, and an expected three other countries.
You have plenty of time to do things properly. I would first suggest that you take the time to read the Primer that is at the top of the International Forum.
Where you are a citizen of makes no difference, it is where you were born. But for you, both countries are unlcuded.
You will have more than enough time to apply to a state, then take and pass the NCLEX-RN exam, and pass the English exams and get a Visa Screen Certificate.
There are no shortcuts available to you or anyone else. Sorry.
ok, i understand there is no shortcuts for anyone. but with the retrogression going on, can i still take the nclex? will they still give an ATT? i just want to be over with the exam already.
Yes, you can take the NCLEX after you get approval from a state BON to do so. But wanting to do it your way, will only cause you more money and grief. You pick a state based on where you want to go, start with that, otherwise though someplace may be faster, if you need to endorse and go thru all of that, and with other requirements, it will not be helping you at all.
Again, please take the time to read the Primer at the top of this forum. We get tired of seeign people throw out money and for no reason.........being in a hurry or rush, will only cost you much more in time later on.
The retrogression has nothing at all to do with licensing in the US, only immigration issues.
