Since the Golgi Apparatus is responsible for transporting stuff I would say it's that! Are you talking about mucus producing tissue or glands?

Well, its in my tissue chapter so I assume producing tissues.

I would say that the Golgi Apparatus and the SER are both very important.

I too would say the Golgi, in secretory cells in the glands they either release a vesicle (from the golgi) or pinch off a corner of its bilayer or completly burst. The cell membrane is also considered a organelle too.
