Need help passing the nclex!

hello everyone,

my name is shavonne and i need help! i graduated nursing school in may 2006, i have taken my nclex 4 times with no success. i took kaplan 3 times, that helped but not enough to help me pass. =( for those of you who have passed or those of you who know people who have passed can you please give me advice. i could use it all! lol i am going to start my studying again on may 10th 2010 and i need a plan!!!!! please help :o

There are many threads and posts in the NCLEX forum that give preparation advice. Suggest you read through several of them to get ideas that you might want to try this time around.

Try to use different resources. I used Saunders and NCLEX 4000. Both helped me alot and it's easy to understand as well.

Whatever you have done in the past may not be right for you. Find out why you are failing. For example, do you not understand the material, are you a bad test taker, is it hard for you to strategize? After answering that question you will know what you need to do. There are different ways individuals study to conquer the exam, but study habits are never universal. Hope that helps :)
