Need help immobility test

Hi,

I'm new to the board....and I am looking for something on my te\

st Monday on immobility....I can not seem to find anything about it....we did not go over cruthes or canes or walkers.....we did go into pressure ulcers but not the stages just that it was something you need to watch for in immobility. Please help, because I can not find any sample questions......TEST MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be honest...I don't think you have read your textbook.

Immobility is always the chapter/unit where they go over the formation of pressure ulcers and the staging of them...this is especially important right now considering Medicare and Medicaid will not pay for the entire hospital stay if a patient forms one AFTER admission.

So...no way was it not in your textbook. This is a HUGE NCLEX hot point as well.

You have to read your textbooks...lecture will only get you so far.
