Coping with Disaster updated 4/2/07. Karen
In these uncertain times, many of us may feel additional stress and tension. As we face the threat of war and terrorism, the economic downturn, and our own personal struggles and losses, we may need additional help coping from time to time. Although everyone reacts differently to stressful situations, NMHA has developed the Coping With Disaster fact sheet series to help you and your loved ones cope during crisis and loss.
