need help with big changes coming up

I live in Illinois, my mom and brother live in AZ and my son and my best friend live in Texas. My mom may need me to come and live with her for a while and help her out, and my husband wants to be able to visit in Texas for extended times. If I get an AZ license or a Texas license does that make me able to work in both states because of the compact agreement. Which state is it easier to get a license from. I am in good standing with no complaints against me in IL.

Thanks for the input. I only want to work in ERs.

You might get better input at the regional boards. Perhaps even on specific hospitals in those states. Good luck to you!
