Need help assignment

are you talking about a process recording where you basically list the text of a conversation between you and a patient, or another person, and then analyze the statements you made in response to the other person? i doubt you'll find examples of them on the internet. most of us that have had to do them (we did them in my bsn program 20 years ago) were glad to get them done and over with! what i have are links to information about therapeutic communication that will help you with the analysis part of this report and a link from one university nursing program on how they want their nursing students to prepare this kind of report. that might not help you, however, since your instructors may want something formatted quite different. i'm posting the link for you anyway.
