Hello everyone! I am working on a group project for school. Creating a bulletin board for "The Nursing Process, ADPIE" I am just NOT the creative type and I'm trying to come up with some creative ideas to make our group's bulletin board really stand out. Each group has a different topic but we have to ask 2 Relevant Questions and Answer these questions on the board. The only question I have come up with so far is.....What's the process all nurses use for problem solving? (See I told you I've never been accused of being TOO creative...hehe)
Any suggestions on creative questions or ways to show ADPIE in a creative cute way????
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Think Jeopardy: Make a Jeopardy board with 6x8 file cards with the answers, and get the questions from the audience. Fun for all! And it really makes people think.

consider why the theorist named her theory "Dynamic Nurse-Patient Relationship". What is dynamic about the process? Look up meanings of dynamic. You can create a circle with the patient in the middle and the theory concepts around the patient like a clock. Right answers will point back to the patient. Wrong answers point away from the patient.

make A D PIE. With moveable pieces of the pie
Make a pie with the "slices" parts of the nursing process and the ingredients listed as to each part of the slices.
Assessment (collect data from medical record, do a physical assessment of the patient, assess ADLS, look up information about your patient's medical diseases/conditions to learn about the signs and symptoms and pathophysiology) Determination of the patient's problem(s)/nursing diagnosis (make a list of the abnormal assessment data, match your abnormal assessment data to likely nursing diagnoses, decide on the nursing diagnoses to use) Planning (write measurable goals/outcomes and nursing interventions) Implementation (initiate the care plan) Evaluation (determine if goals/outcomes have been met)
Thanks to all 3 for the responses. I like all three of them. The pie idea is actually one I thought about last night after posting this. Not exactly but close. I think I'm going to attempt to incorporate all three ideas into our board, or at least submit that to the group for our project and see what they think. Thanks again so much, means so much to be able to come here and get advice from all you experienced nurses! Thanks again for taking the time to respond. I'll post a pic when it's done to show y'all how it turned out! Have an awesome day.
