Hi everyone,
I graduated from a US nursing University and got my US RN license a year ago. However, I couldn't find any nursing job that can help me to change my status. So I need to continue my master degree or post-BSN certification program. Anyone can give me some advices? Which option is better for me or has higher chance for me to find a sponsor employer to change my F1 to H1B:
1. apply the OR nurse trainning program which is run for 12-16 weeks in some hospitals. Then apply OPT; or
2. apply the WOCN program which is run for one semester. It is a master degree. Then apply OPT; or
3. apply the nurse practitioner master program which is run for 18 months. Then apply OPT.
Thanks for any suggestions and advices.

The decision really is up to you on which way you want to go. No matter which route you choose keep in mind that it's still going to be very difficult to find an employer to sponser a H1b visa as there are many qualified graduates from here looking for work. With the economy the way it is right now it's not cost effective for the employer to sponsor anybody when they have many qualified people here to choose from. If you decide to go for your MSN that will still take a couple of years anyway and maybe the economy will change by then. Good Luck
