Need advice

Hoping to get some advice please. Hurt my neck and shoulder to the point that any movement or deep breaths cause shooting nauseating pain. I have had this once before along time ago and md prescribed flexeril at bedtime. Have to work tomorrow.......so worried if I go to doc today would be a waste bc I'm thinking not a good idea to take flexeril at bedtime due to the long half life. I know this should be a no brainer....just turn. Thanks!

    I was just referring to the fact if I would get in trouble for taking flexeril the night before a shift......just opinions

    I don't see how you can work if the pain is as bad as you describe. I would go to the doctor and call out from work if necessary.
