I work in Home Health Care but I am on a case where the guy is terminal.
He has ALS, He is going down hill. This is my first case like this.
It is hard to find information on ALS can any of you help me with some more info on this disease?
I want to know what to expect as the disease progresses even farther
You help and input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much

If you feel that the patient is declining rapidly, has anyone approached them about hospice or making a hospice referral/evaluation? Kudos to you for thinking about what could be up the road for this patient.
