dear brian,

just want to know if ur out of nsg for the passed 23yrs, what should i do to be back in nsg practice. first im a foreign graduate n passed the california lvn exam n it became in active since i went home in the phil in 1984. pls help tnx

Are you wanting to move back to the USA? If you are I think now you will need RN as you can not go through Immigration as LPN. I would suggest reading the thread/sticky titled Primer to working in the US

Could you please not use text as not everyone understands it me included. Much better practice to write fully as when doing documentation unless accepted abrevisations everything has to be written properly.

Do you actually have a visa to live and work in the US since you have been out of this country for so long? As Anna has mentioned, you will have issues getting the visa if you have not passed the NCLEX-RN exam. As an LVN, you cannot get petitioned to work in the US, nor do you qualify for the green card.
