Need advice, which position to take

I have two interviews this week, one for ICU at a small community hospital and one for a Cardiac stepdown unit at a large teaching hospital (Loma Linda University Medical Center). I have about two years before I will be ready to apply to any CRNA programs, but if I am lucky enough to be offered both positions, I am not sure which one I should take. Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks

Take the ICU good at the small hospital and keeping looking for something at a larger medical center to get better exposure.

Or ... take the Loma Linda position and wait for a lateral transfer to the Big Time. Seems most expeditious to me.
