Need Advice about Hospital Contract

I have a work commitment with a hospital in exchange for tuition and will be finishing my degree in August. Unfortunately, it looks like due to unforseen circumstances I will need to move and I am wondering if it is feasable to "sell" my contract to a different hospital? I feel like this is a possible option even though the $ amount of the contract is decently high (but under 20,000). I was also wondering if anyone has done this before? Has anyone gotten tuition reimbursement before starting a job? And if anyone has advice on how I should approach this with possible hospitals (advice from any recruiters would be great).

The answer will depend COMPLETELY on the specific prospective hospitals, so you will need to deal with the nurse recuiters at each one individually. Tell them what you want, what contract you have presently agreed to, and see if they will buy your current contract out.

(You might also need to come up with a VERY convincing story about why you won't pull the same thing on THEM one day.)
