Welcome to Allnurses.com........................
A few things that you need to be aware of:
There is no such thing as an application for the NCLEX exam, you are applying for licensure as an RN to a BON. There is not even mention of that exam anywhere on the forms that you will be submitting.
Please have a good read on the threads on the International Forum concerning working in the US, as well as the Primer at the top of that forum for information that you will need to have before doing one thing.
Please also be aware that the US is under a retrogression and has been for the past 17 months, so you are looking at about a five year wait for a chance at a green card, and I mean chance. There is no guarantee that you will get one as there are many more applicants than there are visas available.
I would definitely look for a job now, you need to be working and get experience as well.
Anything else about licensure in the US needs to be posted on the International Forum and not here.
Best of luck to you.
thanks for the reply... is there any posssibilty that i can work in other country other than the US eventhough i dont have any hospital experience here in the phil.? since most of the hospitals here freezes their hiring or some of them took 5-6 months before they answer to our application...
thank u very much.....

Depends if the country you want to work dont require experience here like some hospitals in the middle east. Remember, experience here is an advantage when it comes to applying in Hospitals.
There are also June 2007 who are still unemployed until now. With thousands from out batch and on your batch, expect the unexpected! I suggest try to apply in hospitals you know. But there are already lots of RN ahead of you.
