Need A Nursing Interview

I am a first year nursing student and I need to write a 5 page paper on nursing in today's world from the perspective of an RN. If anyone has the time, I was wondering if they could give me some answers to the questions below. It would really mean a lot to me. The more wordy the better. I will use initials and quotes to cover around 1.5-2 pages of my paper. I will be using 2 of these issues and as much about them as willing to write. Thanks so much!

1) What do you think are the most pressing issue(s) in professional nursing today?

2) How are these issue(s) relative to you or your field of nursing?

3) What is your position on these issue(s)?

4) What would you do or how would you like to see these issue(s) solved?
