I have done 5 weeks course and I found NCSBN overwhelming. I prefer Saunders book (5th ed, yellow one).

I bought the 5 week course and literately used it two times. I did not care for the website..it was so slow!! I used Kaplan, Saunders, PDA, exam cram & Lippincots alternate style Q&A book.

I did the three week course and focused on the questions...I used this source after I used the Kaplan Book, Exam-Cram, and LaCharity.
NCSBN is a content, strategy, and review format...it can be overwhelming, however I've known cohorts who used it as their SOLE SOURCE and passed the NCLEX the first time...it's nursing boards boot camp lol.
For me, the NCSBN helped me prepare for the boards...I actually got questions similar to the course on the boards, and was comfortable answering them. Good Luck!
ok that's good to know yea I was just going to focus on the questions and if I wanted to review content that I was un sure about I think...u would assume these questions would help since they make the boards...I Need to pass first time to get a good job to move forward for many reason

The same thing as mine! Im actually thinking right now if I should schedule my exam already I ve been doing practice questions everyday but I dont now my percentage since I only use books and downloaded qtrainers. I really dont know when will I be ready.
I don't think anyone feels 100% ready ..I just been studying for past month here and there and its like I either know it or I don't I think .so I think ill just continue with practice questions and hope for the best just scared to let my family down and boyfriend

True, most people don't. I didn't Schulz my exam until I felt somewhat ready, and was close to my two month mark. I had to wait an additional TWO weeks to take the exam because the dates were filled I graduated, went in vacation, took two NCLEX-style exams with 265 questions and 3 days later, took the exam.
Schulz=schedule...darn iPhone autocorrect, lol!
