ncsbn pretest

hello everyone I just finished my pretest of 150 questions got a 60% u need to have a 75% in order to be consider ready for nclex I think. So I notice when I went back to the wrong answers about 10-12 questions where the ones that I had to choose form two and finally pick the wrong one , I don't know my test is this coming Friday you think I should resquedule the test or just take it with this score.

How much time do YOU think that you need???? Do you think you will be able figure out those particular questions on time for your exam???

I only have 4 days left and want to finish doing the questions ncsbn the 800. -1000 at least and keep studying the lab values infection , cranial nerves , ect . But for everyday I want to do 200 questions starting today , I'm not sure if I should change the day or if I could be prepared by then.

I suggest to focus more on the questions and effectively choosing the best answer. If content is your issue, you can review content after you review the questions and rationales. If its still within 2 months, go ahead and reschedule. If its over 2, reschedule it no later than next week. The max time to study for NCLEX is 2 months. Good luck!

Ladyfree28 thank you very much for all your help :)

Your welcome! You can do it!

I used the NCSBN learning ext last yr when I was studying for the NCLEX-PN. I only got a 75 on one of those tests. I usually ranged in the 60-65 range. When it was time for the NCLEX, my test cut off at 85. I honestly think that review class was ten times harder than the NCLEX!! Don't fret too much.
