NCSBN Learning Extension

Published

I have only been using the learning extension to study for the NCLEX I'm taking it on 2/14 and plan on finishing the review by the end of this week and then just plan on doing questions and reviewing using the yellow saunders book......

I feel like I am not doing as much as i am reading other people doing! Is anyone else just doing just a couple reviews and if you have already taken the NCLEX and passed has anyone done just this much?????

Hey! I am doing the same reviews you are! I am currently completing the ncsbn review and after I finish I am going to look at my Saunders yellow book and do tons of questions from lippincotts prepu! I am awaiting my att! Hopefully it will be here soon!!!

I mean the learning extension is helping but I have not being doing so well on the practice questions! I have completed probably half of the review and just completed practice questions 1-10. I didn't do well at all! Are you have trouble with the practice questions too????

I did the ncsbn 3wk..I scored 50-70%...my test is soon...hope is enough to pass..I am trying to keep positive..I have a friend that passed nclex after scoring 50-60%..anything is possible!..good luck!

where do you find the learning extension questions?

learningext.com..under nclex-rn

Right now I just began the pharmacology review and I have only done the pretest interactive exercises and the post test on each chapters. I am scoring between 50-70% and I feel like if this is how nclex is worded how can I pass with 50%?!

Thats exactly how I have been doing! Btw! i find it helpful for the pharm to complete by body system and then go through that individual body system... For example i went through only cardiovascular drugs then completed the cardiovascular module. It is less stressful and puts things together easier.

That is true! Will it let me go onto other topics even if I haven't finished the one before it? I have a random question! How long did you wait for your att?

Yes it will let you go on to other topics.

I graduated on 12/13....had to take a HESI review....sent my RN application on 12/15....got my ATT 1/15

Ok great! Thanks! And hmm I sent mine out a week and a half ago I think they are emailing att now so hopefully it won't be long :) hoping to test around mid February!
