NCLEX Tips

Hi everyone, I'm scheduled to take the NCLEX RN May 12. It's the second time. I really have difficulty concentrating and staying focused. Sometimes I read the question and dont remember what I read. Easily distracted you could say. My confidence is shakey. Any advice on how to avoid reading into the questions and time management. Last exam was 265 questions and took me 5 1/2 hours. It was brutal. I really enjoy reading everyones comments and successes. Since I'm not a breakfast eater, 2 cups of coffee is all, What is a satisfactory breakfast before the exam?:wink2:

I am not a big breakfast eater either. But the day I took my test I had a peanut butter sandwich on wheat and a banana. I also had a large glass of water after my coffee. I wanted to make sure I was properly hydrated.

Best of luck.
