Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Hello everyone!

So I had just taken my NCLEX for the first time and I am sure that I failed. I got all 265 questions. I got many SATA questions. There must have been at least 40 or more. I did notice towards the end though I was seeing a topic again. Is this a bad sign? Did this mean I failed. I am starting to just feel very down about it. PLEASE HELP! I have not tried the PVT in fear of wrong results that I have read about.

The number of a type of question is irrelevant. What matters is whether the test determined if you met the minimal level of competency to practice as a novice nurse. I would not try the PVT as it is a software glitch that is not in any way endorsed by Pearson Vue and others have reported getting an "incorrect" result. Instead, wait the 48 hours for Quick Results if your state participates or to see your name appear on the license verification site. In the meantime, take some time for you: do something to relax, whether it's getting a massage, participating in a hobby you haven't had time for while in school, etc.
