Nclex 4000

I am constantly getting 60-70% in tests sometimes above 70 I mean in one or two tests. Are these scores fine? Nclex in 1 month.. Thanx in advance

Which exam are you taking? I did 4000 and was getting high70s-80s. Took nclex 2day and got good pop up with 85?'s

Which test are you preparing for?

NCLEX-PN you want to be above 60% on NCLEX-4000

NCLEX-RN you want to be above 70% on NCLEX-4000

Fair warning though the questions on the actual NCLEX exams are nothing like the NCLEX-4000 questions.

Thanx msmack. Is this the only thing that u use for practice? Is nclex 4000 similar to actual nclex?

I used Frye's 3300 nursing bullets, the review from here and 4000.

Don't worry about the grade. You need to understand why you made the mistakes. Study it and then get another NCLEX-RN book and try to answer the same topic and see how the improvement. when ur grade is getting better It means you already have better understanding. Although you don't get good grade on that, study again and repeat the same topic again until you are happy with your grade. You are learning and it's better you make more mistakes on practice as you might get more right on NCLEX as you have well understanding.
