Nursing Students NCLEX

hi there..anybody from Honolulu, Hawaii??? Me & my family just moved in from Germany & have never practiced NURSING... but an RN from the Philippines tried to take the NCLEX in Germany but didnt prepare that much... do you have any idea where to go for a review center or stuff like websites or something to help me in my review.... I NEED it asap & would it be possible that my California application be taken here???

yes you can take the california NCLEX exam in hawaii. you btter start reading the Sauders comprehensive review NCLEX-RN take some time to study.

NCLEX is a national exam and can be written any where in the world that has a testing center for it. There is no exam that is specific to any one state, you will be getting the same exam no matter where you write it, the questions are given to you based on how you answered the previous questions.

Not sure if you have a SSN# or not, if you do not, you need to be aware that CA will not issue a license to you without that.

Check out the NCLEX forum in the student section. Have you already started the process? Will also need to meet Hawaii BON requirements for foreign trained nurse and that may mean CES. Better check licensure for Hawaii also as that may delay you working until sorted
