Hello!
I have used UWorld, it is a very difficult qBank, but it was the closest thing to the actual exam. However, 13 years from graduation means that there has been changes in core information as well as new things that you may not have learned.
What is important, in my opinion, is to first review core content before utilizing UWorld. I say this because you require core content to be able to answer these questions on UWorld since these are all at the level of analyzing rather than memorization. It is best to have reviewed core content to be able to assess yourself later on by practicing questions on UWorld.
There are many sources out there, but I used Saunders Comprehensive Review which helped a lot.
Thank you so much.your comment was so helpful

My first piece of advice is to find out whether you are still eligible to take the NCLEX exam. Depending on the state, there are maximum numbers of years allowed between graduation and passing the test, I'd find that out first before you continue.
If your state allows you to take the exam at this point, to be perfectly honest I would be worried about your odds of success if you don't seek out a strong tutor. Best advice I can give you would be to enroll in a live, in person course. You need to find out what you have not only forgotten over the last 13 years but what you never learned in the first place. Things change.
