welcome to all nurses! :balloons: We are glad to have you here, and hope you'll find the site interesting and useful. If you look through the "stickies" at the top of this forum, you will find lots of info about coming to the US (or other countries) to work. You may be able to find all the information you need already posted here.

Best wishes!

If you get the BSN, you are looking at about a five year wait plus for a chance at a green card, it is definitely not a guarantee that you will be able to get it. There are many more applicants than there are visas and they base it on the country of birth.

Please be aware that you are not going to be able to write the NLE if you do not hold a passport from the Philippines and most other countries are wishing to see a local license from someplace before they will consider you for licensure or immigration purposes. So be aware that things are not going to be easy for you at all.

There is a primer at the top of this forum with all of the information that you will need but you need to be aware of the current retrogression and the expected length of time to have a chance at a visa for here.
