NCLEX RN study recommendations

Published

Hi, I am awaiting a testing date for Nclex Rn from Pearson Vue, there are many mixed reviews on what's best to study..Kaplan, Saunders, workshops etc. What works the best?

p.s. just finished Kaplan's Test Taking Strategies Book 2013-2014, been working on Saunders 5th Edition NCLEX Review..debating on attending a workshop..

I literally just finished taking mine 3hrs ago, so can't say with 100% certainty that theses worked, but I used Saunders, lacharity, the same Kaplan book you used, Lippincott's alternate type questions and my school made us do the Kaplan review course.

Kaplan qbank and PDA by LaCharity.

I did the Kaplan Live Anywhere review and loved it! I'm also using the Saunders book to brush up on my content. Still waiting on my ATT! I want to test!

OK peeps :) I found out today that I PASSED! I used Kaplan Qbank, 1300+ questions, 50-100 per day, reviewed ALL rationals (that is where you catch up on the content as well) , avg: 60%.

My first one that I failed few months back I concentrated more on content, not enough questions..hope this helps..

Do you have to buy the Kaplan Qbank 1300+ questions? I am doing Hurst right now but need a good source to study questions. What does the book look like? Thank you!! And Congrats I know this piost was a long time ago but I'm just trying to find better resources.
