I just took the NCLEX RN today and had all 265 questions. It was awful. I had many select all that applies, select a patient you would see first, and placing things in order just like every study tool has said I would. Is there any hope seeing that I had so many "prioritize" questions that I was doing good and passed? any advice is appreciated! I feel defeated and this feeling is awful.

You will probably find more answers to your question if you post it in the NCLEX sub-forum under the "Students" section.

Your best bet would be to pay for the quick results. No one here knows if you passed.
