I just took the NCLEX RN today and had all 265 questions. It was awful. I had many select all that applies, select a patient you would see first, and placing things in order just like every study tool has said I would. Is there any hope seeing that I had so many "prioritize" questions that I was doing good and passed? any advice is appreciated! I feel defeated and this feeling is awful.
