I would imagine the basic principles would be the same but some of the questions might not be. If your just at the beginning of your nursing school career then it will ok. The content review will help you in your classes but maybe just ignore the question and when you get some cash buy the latest and greatest version
you are spending $1000's on your nursing education. You only really get it once.Unless you go back. But still your foundation of nursing knowledge is really important.Dont shortchange yourself. If you can at all find a way. Get a new book. After all, shouldn't you have the same advantages as your competition?
10 years down the line, i cant say that someone else will be the better nurse because they had the new book and you did not. But we are talking about a 5 yr difference. Good luck.

I just purchased a NCLEX-RN Exam study guide thats the Kaplan 2004-2005 edition at a yard sale. She did not have the CD that comes along but she is now inCRNA school and is selling a bunch of Nursing books she gave me this for only $10 is this book outdated? I think think info in it is really helpful should I purchase a more up to dat version? If so what are some great ones? The Nurse who sold this to me said it helped her out a lot along with REA's NCLEX-RN flashcards.
