NCLEX under review and pending

Hello everyone, I took NCLEX last Tuesday through North Carolina state board. Two days later I went on BON website and everything was completed even my test results and it also said that it has been verified. What I’m not understanding is why it’s saying my license is pending and under review. Can anyone please tell me the reason behind this?

Thank you for sharing. 

I am presently going through this. 3 days waiting. Results received and verified, it says completed just under the license it says pending for 3 days now and this is why I was searching for answers. I don't want to buy quick results 😫
